Stress is off

The stress is off for this week because the test 1 has ended last week, and feel so relieve right now but the afraid feeling had come to me. Afraid of the result of test 1, did or did not I do well in the test 1 last week. Why must the feeling come right now? Why not tomorrow or next day or so on? Oh well what has be done let it past away, because I know I done the best that I could.

For this week, I want to enjoy all day long so that my stress will gone completely. The first thing I want to do is playing bowling, shopping, and etc etc. And after that I want to overnight at the pantai Klebang to see the sunset.

After release all the stress, I will begin to start studying again for the test 2 in 2 week from now. So wish me good luck for the test 2. >_<

Way to let stress cool down

We are currently living in a capitalist society. Therefore, many of us have become workaholics and often overlook signs of tiredness in order to stay on track. I am saying that people just working hard to achieve their goals. Stress has been linked to mental and physical illnesses. Therefore, it is more than important that we constantly work on reducing our stress level in order to maintain our overall health. If we are not healthy there is no money or power that will make things better. So, take care of ourself. Below, I have added six stress releasing tips.

1.Exercise:

even if you go for a walk for 15-25 minutes four days a week it will help your body to get rid of adrenaline and produce endorphins. Not to mention you will not only feel better, you will also look the part.

2.Yoga:

Many ramble that practicing yoga is the best way to manage or release stress. It focuses on breathing techniques, exercises, connecting with the universe on a spiritual and mental level. If this option seems interesting to you I suggest you do some research in order to learn the principles and decide if it is for you.

3.Stretch:

People often stretch before and after a workout. However, learning stretching and flexing exercises to use as a way to relieve tension on many different areas of the body can help a great deal.

4.Massage:

We all know how massages can help us relax and release tension. Prices start around RM35 for 30 minutes; it all depends on what extra relaxation techniques you would like to add to the massage such as aromatherapy, oils, etc. There are also different types of massages so this will also affect the price. I actually found a therapist that charges RM30 for a 30 minute session. It sounds pretty good to me. We waste money in so many different ways so investing on a massage once in a while will not kill our pockets.

5.Laugh it off:

Rent a funny movie and laugh out loud. Go out with friends or host gatherings. Tell everyone to bring a platter. Remember the key is to release tension not, add to it. Use paper plates and plastic cups to reduce the amount of work.

6.Take a break:

Take time to relax, sleep, and maybe even take a vacation if you can. Your body does not only need it; you deserve it.

A boring Chinese New Year Eve

This week is a Chinese New Year Eve, it would be fun for the Chinese people to celebrate
just like Islam people celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri. It must be a enjoyable moment.
But not for me of cause , it is boring nothing to do in this eve. For Chinese it can be fun to celebrate, but for me it became so boring because all shop are close n no where to go accept
staying at home watching television that the thing I always do he he.
but the problem is all the channel is only showing about the celebration of Chinese new year eve etc etc etc. The second choice is to me to hang out with my friend, and here come the problem,
some of my friend are busing going vacation with their family and some of them busing doing part-time job. So in the end, left me all alone so I have to go to the last choice is eat, sleep, eat, and sleep
until the Eve is end..
And that is the thing that I done for the past three day of eve..
Amazing isn't it...

Here I begin, Micet campus is not that big but it has all the facillities here
so don't be worry about the facility in the campus. The life in this campus are just
great althought for some people think it is boring or a little bit dull,
but if you know how to manage your time in this campus, you may not think that
the campus in Micet are boring. For example some people think that the environment in Micet
Campus is kind of dead because there no activity been held at the campus.
If you just think like that without doing anything, sure maybe the environment in the campus
will be like that. If you do something about it maybe the surrounding at the campus will be vice-versa who know. For example, you can create a tournament or what so ever for lighten the
surrounding and maybe everyone will join and the life in the campus will be a cheerful life.
So how about we change the way we live in Micet campus for a new beginning maybe it can change the boring life to a excited life in this Micet campus...

How to Have a Happy Love Life

You haven't yet noticed the other person's flaws and it's as if the sun rises and sets with this new love in your life. Unfortunately, this phase doesn't last. The newness eventually wears off as reality sets in. The good news is that with the right mindset and attitude, you can keep the magic in your relationship.

1. Decide that you are going to have happy relationship. Anything that you ever do will begins with a thought. Visualize yourself and your partner in a happy and healthy relationship.

2. Handle conflict in a loving way. Every couple has disagreements. The way you handle them will help determine the success of your relationship. Don't insist on being right. Instead, focus on understanding your partner's point of view and be a good listener. This will help keep your partner from becoming defensive and he or she will appreciate being heard.

3. Be responsible for your own happiness. Understand that it's not your partner's job to make you happy. In the early stages of your relationship, your partner may feel flattered to know that you depend on him or her for fulfillment, but after a while, they will feel drained and suffocated. True happiness comes from within. Be your own source of happiness and that will make your relationship much sweeter.

4. Don't be consumed by jealousy. This can do serious damage to a relationship. The poet Maya Angelou once said that jealousy is like salt. In small amounts, it can add spice to a relationship but too much is unhealthy.

5. Don't take your partner for granted. Remind yourself why you fell in love with this person in the first place. Focus on your partner's positive attributes and remember that no one is perfect.

The Quran about Halal and Haram food

Translated verses of the Quran

“O ye who believe! Eat of the good things wherewith We have provided you, and render thanks to Allah if it is (indeed) He whom ye worship” (2:172).

“He hath forbidden you only carrion, and blood, and swineflesh, and that which hath been immolated to (the name of) any other than Allah. But he who is driven by necessity, neither craving nor transgressing, it is no sin for him. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful” (2:173).

“O ye who believe! Fulfill your undertakings. The beast of cattle is made lawful unto you (for food) except that which is announced unto you (herein), game being unlawful when ye are on pilgrimage. Lo! Allah ordaineth that which pleaseth Him” (5:1)

“Forbidden unto you (for food) are carrion and blood and swine-flesh, and that which hath been dedicated unto any other than Allah, and the strangled, and the dead through beating, and the dead through falling from a height, and that which hath been killed by (the goring of) horns, and the devoured of wild beasts, saving that which ye make lawful (by the death-stroke), and that which hath been immolated unto idols.

And (forbidden is it) that ye swear by the divining arrows. This is an abomination. This day are those who disbelieve in despair of (ever harming) your religion; so fear them not, fear Me! This day have I perfected your religion for you and completed My favour unto you and have chosen for you as religion Al-Islam. Whoso is forced by hunger, not by will, to sin: (for him) lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful” (5:3)

“They ask thee (O Muhammad) what is made lawful for them. Say: (all) good things are made lawful for you. And those beasts and birds of prey which ye have trained as hounds are trained, ye teach them that which Allah taught you; so eat of that which they catch for you and mention Allah's name upon it, and observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is swift to take account” (5:4)

“This day are (all) good things made lawful for you. The food of those who have received the Scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And so are the virtuous women of the believers and the virtuous women of those who received the Scripture before you (lawful for you) when ye give them their marriage portions and liven with them in honour, not in fornication, nor taking them as secret concubines. Whoso denieth the faith, his work is vain and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter” (5:5).

“And eat not of that whereon Allah's name hath not been mentioned, for lo! it is abomination. Lo! the devils do inspire their minions to dispute with you. But if ye obey them, ye will be in truth idolaters” (6:121).

How Important Life in Balance

First of all, I would like to share to you all about information of the life in balance. Every one known that homeostasis is the process by which organisms maintain an internal environment where temperature, acidity, salinity, nutrient, water and waste concentrations are kept at tolerable level despite eternal environments. This constant balancing act is key to the healthy functioning and survival of all organism.

As a humans being the connection between the functions and process of an organisms body systems and its survival is a fundamental concept that all person needed to understand. As a example middle level students do not need to be taught complex biochemical reactions or the intricacies of multiple physiological mechanisms, but they do need to see how the maintenance of an internal equilibrium is necessary for an organism to tend of sickness, disease or death.

Besides teaching student about regulation and behavior demonstrations the commons need of organisms at all levels of organization and teachers students to appreciate the remarkable form and function of their own bodies. It also provides them with solid foundation for future studies in adaptive and activity for this week. See you next week... bye bye... ^-^

New Year Celebration

I'm resting and cuddling with kitties before packing the rest of my gifts to head to Bowling Green to spend time with the family. I'm filled with some joy, some longing and of course, this time of year leads to reflection of all sorts. It was a pivotal year. I don't say that lightly. It took 2008 and expanded on it. I am confident 2010 is going to be something completely unexpected in the best of ways. So, what learnings have come my way that I want to share?

I learned, again, that love is complicated and that the best thing you can do for it is to give it room to breathe. I will have to continue learning this as I'm a whirling dervish in that arena as well, but I am definitely growing.

I learned that life has way more opportunity for you than your little pea brain can imagine and that if you continue to say "yes!", focus on kindness and giving and quality, good things will arrive that will surprise the hell out of you.

I learned once, and for all, that I suck at housekeeping AND, unfortunately, that my joy is significantly impacted by having a clean house. 2010 will see the dawning of a housekeeper for part of the time.

I learned that I do have an addiction and that is sleep. It is not healthy. I want it too much. It does everything that any other addiction does. This year I want to get out more and experience many of the things I've put on hold for so long now.

I learned, finally, that the misery I find in traditional work does not make me a failure, that I should have pursued harder the many dreams I had for years of working for myself. I'm different, but not flawed. The more I stepped towards that dream, the more the universe has said "yes".

I've learned I am deeply loved and deeply loving. When I move past the addiction of sleep, there are so many lovely people waiting to greet me as friends. I care for them deeply in my heart but I have to show up and do the work of being a friend.

Finally, I learned that I'm not defined by my past, that truly awful choices made on my part do not mean I'm not worthy of a lovely, healthy life filled with the kind of heart-bursting gratitude I once had. I'm ready to reclaim what we all deserve: contentment.

I wish you all incredibly happy holidays where we let go of the pettiness and discomfort and embrace the love. See you in 2010!

Micet Time ^_^
